Perhaps you're starting yoga for the first time (and haven't been doing much exercise in recent years! Maybe you're not as young as you used to be (and have a few aches and pains to show for it). You might be nursing an injury or have a limitation. Or maybe you just want to chill out after a long day in the office!
Our Gentle Stretch classes are exactly what they sound like! They're gentle on the body and accessible for all. These classes focus on mobility, breathing and relaxation with lots of options and modifications meaning that they work for everyone!
At Stretch we use lots of props which means whatever is going on we're always able to accommodate! We have chairs, bolsters, blocks and more, to make sure that you feel safe and comfortable in your practice.
