Meditation and Yoga Nidra
20 hour Postgraduate Teacher Training
with Nicky Grimsdale
Saturday 22 + Sunday 23 August, 2026
In a world that rarely slows down, the ability to guide others into stillness is a powerful skill.
This 20-hour training with Nicky Grimsdale is an invitation to deepen your understanding of meditation and Yoga Nidra, not just as practices, but as meaningful tools for supporting the nervous system, cultivating awareness, and creating space for rest in both your teaching and your own life.
Many students are arriving to class already overwhelmed, overstimulated, or running on empty. While movement can help, there’s often a deeper need, for down-regulation, for rest, for space to simply be.
Meditation and Yoga Nidra offer that space.
When shared with clarity and care, these practices can:
Learn to guide meditation and Yoga Nidra with clarity and intention, and refine your teaching by doing less, more skilfully. Build a practical, grounded approach to working with stillness while expanding your toolkit or reconnecting with your own practice.
Join us for an immersive training that will equip you with the knowledge and practical frameworks to confidently integrate meditation and Yoga Nidra into your teaching.
Our certified faculty members each possess a minimum of 500+ hours of Yoga Alliance certified training.
Our part-time course runs over one weekend of study and is designed to integrate seamlessly into your life while balancing your personal, social, and work commitments.
Our curriculum is designed to offer you a holistic learning experience. Engage in guided discussions and practical teaching opportunities that support hands-on learning and integration.
Across the weekend, you’ll learn how to confidently and authentically guide meditation and Yoga Nidra practices, including:
There will be space to practice, reflect, and experience the work yourself, not just learn how to teach it. No prior experience with teaching meditation or Nidra is required.
