​​The Stretch Yoga 5 Week Prenatal Yoga Course is suitable for pregnant people past their first trimester. No previous yoga experience is required. Our Prenatal Yoga Course is hosted at Stretch Yoga Holland Park, and is designed to help alleviate some of the most common aches and pains associated with your changing body throughout pregnancy, as well as helping to prepare the body for birth and postpartum recovery. Our course also helps to reduce the stress and anxiety associated with pregnancy, helping to keep both you and your bub calm, happy and healthy during this special time.

How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

You can find our Holland Park studio at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park - just next to Radiance Dance Academy on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St.

Just look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks.

How do I find Stretch Yoga CBD?

Stretch Yoga is located on Level 2, 129 Margaret St.

We're just up from the Albert St. corner (the block in between Albert St. and George St.) and on the side of the road closest to the Botanic Gardens. 

The building is the beautiful heritage-listed Watson Brothers building - look for the gorgeous big red door and you'll find us up the top, on level 2!

Parking is available on the streets around the studio (subject to availability - please check meters), or via FirstParking, Secure Parking, Wilson Parking, or Myer Centre Parking – check their websites for rates (cheaper when booked online in advance).

What do I need to bring?

For a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Stretch Yoga, we recommend bringing a few essentials:

To stay hydrated throughout your practice we recommend bringing a water bottle. Hydration is key to supporting your body as you move and stretch.

A small towel can be handy for wiping away sweat and providing additional comfort during your session.

While we have a limited number of mats available for hire at $2, we recommend bringing your own yoga mat.

What should I wear?

Remember to choose clothing that allows you to move freely and doesn't restrict your movements. As for footwear, we typically practice barefoot or with grip socks.

When it comes to attire, comfort is key. We recommend wearing breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics that allow for a full range of motion. Opt for flexible leggings or shorts paired with a comfortable tank top or T-shirt.

What if I have an injury or health concern?

We'll start to book everyone in 15 minutes prior to the class starting. Your teacher will be available to chat about anything that's going on and suggest modifications throughout the practice to keep you safe!

What happens if I miss a class?

Life happens! We allow for one make up session, so if you miss a class, you're welcome to attend a session in the next round.
