​A Myofascial Therapy Ball Workshop

with June Chan

June, a certified Roll Model Method® Practitioner, will guide you through a 90 minutes myofascial massage using Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls. During this session, you will learn easy-to-implement techniques suitable for use at home, in the workplace, or while traveling on long flights.

Are you dealing with persistent tightness, tension, or discomfort in your body? This workshop will teach you how to position the therapy balls on areas of tension to release tight knots, along with various body postures to help manage the massage's intensity.

It is designed for everyone - from yoga enthusiasts to those simply seeking relief from everyday stress and strain. By incorporating therapy balls into our practice, we can target areas of tension that are often challenging to address through traditional stretching alone.

Throughout the workshop, you'll learn:
- Effective techniques to release tension and adhesions throughout your body
- How to enhance your mobility and flexibility
- Ways to incorporate self-myofascial release into your daily routine

June will guide you through a series of exercises, teaching you how to use therapy balls to address various areas of the body. You'll gain a deeper understanding of your own physicality and leave with practical tools to continue your journey of self-care at home.

How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

Find us at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park (just next to Radiance Dance Academy) on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St – look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks.


Is parking available?

You can find free parking spots right out front and on the streets around the studio!

What do I need to bring?

We do have lots of yoga props available, but if you prefer to use your own, feel free to do so!

Please bring a yoga mat (we have a limited amount available for hire).

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing you can freely move in.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We keep our workshops cozy and intimate to ensure you get the best possible experience! While workshop bookings are non-refundable, we understand that life happens.

Can't make it? Let us know as soon as you can – there might be someone on our waitlist eager to take your spot! Subject to availability, we can help transfer your booking to another workshop date for a small $15 admin fee.
