​We offer slow Gentle classes, easy Simple hatha/vinyasa, fluid Flowing vinyasa, stabilising Pilates, restorative Deep yin yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra, aka adult nap time. Our aim is to provide classes for all levels of mobility, agility and strength. Each month we have a variety of courses and workshops, to help you deepen and develop your practice on and off the mat. Whether you are nursing an injury or old bones, looking to challenge your mind and body, or you simply want to unwind and learn to be at peace with your monkey mind; we have the classes and teachers to help you find your way

​Are you looking for a Brisbane Yoga Studio that feels like home? While of our teachers and students have different life experiences, backgrounds, minds, bodies and souls;  as one we form a beautiful like-minded community,  that always supports and never judges. Together we create a safe, inclusive space, where you can connect with yourself, move your body in ways that feel wonderful, and explore all the aspects and benefits of that yoga, pilates and meditation have to offer
our newbies.

​You've definitely come to the right place! We promise that all of our teachers are experienced, warm, welcoming and here to guide you and help you no matter where your yogic abilities currently reside. There's no yoga snobbery, no requirement to get into super fancy poses and no assumptions that you know anything about yoga. No matter where your fitness lies, or how inflexible you might be, we encourage you to relax, smile and come as you are, we'll welcome you with open arms!
