We offer slow Gentle classes, easy Simple hatha/vinyasa, fluid Flowing vinyasa, stabilising Pilates, restorative Deep yin yoga, as well as Yoga Nidra, aka adult nap time. Our aim is to provide classes for all levels of mobility, agility and strength. Each month we have a variety of courses and workshops, to help you deepen and develop your practice on and off the mat.
