Embrace Your Cycle, Empower Your Practice

with Laura Roberts

Are you curious about your body's inner rhythms? Ever noticed how your energy shifts, depending where in your cycle you're at? Ready to embrace the feminine power of menstruation?

Yoga encourages us to move in harmony with our rhythms. To honour the natural flow of energy and harness the innate magic of each season. Learn how to attune to the needs of your bleeding body, cultivate radical self-care and discover how yoga can support each phase of the menstrual cycle.

With tips on how to map your cycle, planning ahead to make the most of each season's superpowers, this workshop will expand your awareness and appreciation of your inner rhythm. We will create yoga practices that strengthen, nourish and empower the female body to thrive in every phase.

This workshop is tailored to honour the natural rhythms of your body throughout the menstrual cycle. Whether you're experiencing the dynamic energy of ovulation, the introspective phase of menstruation, or the stabilising energy of the luteal phase, this workshop will teach you how to modify your practice to support and enhance your well-being.

Come and join us on this transformative journey of self-discovery and holistic wellness.

All menstruating individuals are welcome.

Bring your yoga mat, an open heart, and a willingness to honour your body's wisdom.
