Led by Mandy, our beloved yoga guide who specialises in curvy and beginner-friendly practices, alongside an experienced counsellor/therapist skilled in body image and self-worth healing, this unique experience weaves together gentle movement, mindful reflection, and therapeutic conversation.

Your journey begins with herbal tea and a warm welcome as we set intentions for our time together. The first hour features an inclusive yoga practice designed to help you reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom and strength. Through accessible movements, breathing practices, and body-positive affirmations, you'll experience yoga that truly welcomes every body.

With plenty of props and modifications, this practice feels nurturing, never demanding.The second half invites you into a supportive healing circle where we explore the stories we tell ourselves about our bodies. Through gentle journaling, guided sharing, and practical reframing exercises, you'll discover how to transform limiting beliefs into empowering truths.

This isn't about quick fixes but genuine tools for shifting your inner dialogue from criticism to compassion.You'll leave with a complete resource pack including at-home yoga sequences, journal prompts, affirmation cards, and carefully curated reading recommendations to support your ongoing journey.

This workshop is perfect for anyone who has felt excluded from traditional fitness or wellness spaces, those ready to heal their relationship with their body, or anyone seeking practical tools for self-compassion. As we are eagerly awaiting the date of our workshop, here are some commonly asked questions to help you prepare!
How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

Find us at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park (just next to Radiance Dance Academy) on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St – look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks

Is there parking?

Street parking is available all around within walking distance.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your yoga mat. A limited number of mats is available for hire.

We also recommend bringing a bottle of water and a towel.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing.

What if I have an injury or health concern?

We'll start to book everyone in 15 - 10 minutes prior to the class starting. Your teacher will be available to chat about anything that's going on and suggest modifications throughout the practice to keep you safe!
