Step away from the rush of daily life and into a sanctuary designed for your nervous system to truly unwind. This gentle 2-hour workshop combines the therapeutic benefits of slow, conscious somatic movement with the deep release of prop-supported Yin yoga, all wrapped in the healing vibrations of sound medicine.

Beginning with mindful movement practices that help your body remember what calm feels like, you'll gradually transition into supported stillness where gravity does the work and optional gentle touch helps you feel completely held. The experience concludes with an immersive sound journey featuring singing bowls and healing instruments that create waves of peace throughout your entire being.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner seeking deeper restoration, this workshop offers a compassionate space to reconnect with your body's innate wisdom and discover what it truly means to feel at home within yourself.

Workshop FAQ

As we are eagerly awaiting the date of our workshop, here are some commonly asked questions to help you prepare!
How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

Find us at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park (just next to Radiance Dance Academy) on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St – look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks

Is there parking?

Street parking is available all around within walking distance.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your yoga mat. A limited number of mats is available for hire.

We also recommend bringing a bottle of water and a towel.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing.

What if I have an injury or health concern?

We'll start to book everyone in 15 - 10 minutes prior to the class starting. Your teacher will be available to chat about anything that's going on and suggest modifications throughout the practice to keep you safe!
