Join us for a deeply restorative and nourishing day designed to replenish your energy, soften your body, and reconnect you with your inner calm. Held in the serene surrounds of Temple Retreat in Pullenvale, this one-day experience invites you to step away from the busyness of life and into a sanctuary of stillness, connection, and self-care.

What to expect?

We begin with a welcome circle, gathering in shared presence to set the tone for a day of softness, slowness, and self-care.

We then flow into a nourishing slow yoga practice, an invitation to open the body, create space, and ground into the moment with mindful movement and breath.

A calming herbal tea ceremony follows, offering a quiet moment to land more deeply in your body and in presence with those around you. Followed by the space to meditate, reflect, and journal amidst the peaceful surrounds and replenish with morning tea.

We to a heart-opening session of connection and partnered self-care and massage techniques, inspired by Zen Thai principles, offering the body deep release through intuitive touch, supported movement, and compassionate presence.

After a wholesome, nourishing lunch, we transition into an afternoon of rest and integration. A deeply restorative yin yoga session invites stillness and nervous system regulation. Followed by a sound bath to carry you into even deeper release and relaxation, allowing the vibrations to wash over you, settling mind and body into a state of blissful ease.

We close the day with collective reflection, sealing the experience and leaving you feeling nourished, grounded, and held.

Meet your host: Sarah Jane

Sarah Jane guides grounding and heart-led practices that invite students to soften, reconnect, and return to themselves. Known for her warm and lighthearted presence, she creates nurturing spaces that honour both rest and reflection. For this retreat, her intention is to hold space for deep replenishment, gently leading students back to balance through movement, stillness, and mindful self-care, so they leave feeling nourished, centred, and deeply held.

Meet your host: Jen

Jen, yoga teacher and sound bath facilitator, brings a grounded, accessible approach to movement and mindfulness. Her teaching blends the practical with the soulful, offering feel-good movement, hands-on support, and the healing power of sound in a way that meets you exactly where you are. With a passion for creating spaces where everyone feels welcome, Jen invites you to move, breathe, and rest in a way that feels real, intuitive, and nourishing. Her intention for this retreat is to hold space for connection and self-compassion, helping you feel at home in your body and replenished in your being.

How do I find Temple Retreat?

Find our private retreat space at 580A Grandview Road, Pullenvale, QLD 4069. Located about 30 - 40 minutes from Brisbane CBD, it's short drive to bliss.


Is there parking?

Parking is available on the property. Parking information will be emailed to you prior to the event.

What do I need to bring?

While yoga mats and props are provided, if you would prefer to bring your own, you are most welcome to.

Please also bring along a journal and pen, perhaps some pencils if our feeling creative, and a water bottle.

We will be spending time outside, so you may also like to bring sunscreen and a hat or raincoat!

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing, that you move and relax in. Layers are key. You may like to bring a hat or raincoat for our time outdoors.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

To ensure a deeply personal and transformative experience, each retreat is intentionally limited to a set amount of attendees.

While all bookings are non-refundable, we understand that life can bring unexpected changes. Should you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us at your earliest convenience.
