Our 25-hour prenatal yoga teacher training goes beyond the basics, offering a comprehensive curriculum that equips aspiring teachers with the knowledge and skills necessary to guide pregnant students through a safe and empowering yoga practice.

With a focus on targeted movement, breathing techniques, and meditation exercises, our program ensures that you are well-prepared to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy, facilitate stability and mobility, and promote overall well-being for both mother and baby.

Gain an in-depth understanding of prenatal physiology and common conditions.

Delve into the intricacies of prenatal yoga with our program, gaining a deep understanding of the physiological and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy.

Learn how to adapt traditional yoga poses to accommodate the changing needs of pregnant individuals. From prenatal anatomy and physiology to modifications for common pregnancy conditions, our training covers it all, providing you with the knowledge to create nurturing and empowering classes for expectant parents.

With a background in education, aerial circus and performing arts, Sarah Jane encourages a playful exploration in her teaching style.

Her love of yoga stems from a curiosity of how the body, breath and mind can work in unison to create more easeful life experiences, and unpacking how we can share those tools with others.

SJ believes in creating safe, inclusive and respectful environments where you can learn and grow, to develop your own practice whilst uncovering your individual teaching style.

Victoria Gill
Co-Teacher

Victoria (Tori) is a medical student and yoga teacher who has a passion for sharing all things anatomy and physiology and how they relate to our yoga practice.

With a teaching style characterised by its enthusiasm and a touch of playful humour, Tori is committed to demystifying the complexities of our bodies, and values making education about our bodies accessible and engaging, equipping you with a wealth of knowledge and tangible strategies that can be seamlessly woven into your teaching.

Our Pre and Postnatal courses are designed as a part-time commitment, so you can easily integrate them into your life and have time to digest, reflect and dig deeper between each module.

Join one or both, to suit your teaching intentions. The schedule for each training day may vary depending on the faculty as well as specific needs and pace of your group.
