8 WEEK NEW PARENTS GROUP
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
(MOTHERS GROUP)
How old are most of the babies (when should I start)?
Most babies are between 6 weeks and 16 weeks old when they start, but we've welcomed bubs as young a 1 week, all the way up to 8 months. Our guest speakers will always try and accommodate their presentations so they're relevant to the age of the bubs in the class. It's lovely to have a mix of ages too because more experienced parents (even if by a month or two) often have experienced what you're going through! And it's never too late to make your new friends!
I'm going to miss a session, can I make it up?
Absolutely! Generally we only allow one make up per course, however we know that anything can happen in the early years of parenting, and with vaccinations, sick bubs, plus crazy weather we know it can be hard to come to every session! Our guest speakers generally don't vary from intake to intake, so if there's a talk you would love to come and see just reach out and we can let you know the next dates (plus you'll get the chance to meet some different friendly parents!). You can also use your credit towards a Mini & Me Yoga too if you would prefer. Just reach out and let us know if you're going to miss a session and we can figure out how to make it up
I don't eat certain foods or drinks - will that be catered for?
Each week we offer a water, coconut water, or tea.
Umu Cafe, in Tarragindi, where we meet for our final brunch caters to a range of dietary needs,
we are sure there will always be something to suit you!
