Module 18: Arm Balances
Objectives: Students to learn effective teaching methods to safely guide into arm balances.
Benefits, key actions and contraindications for each pose. Practice each pose with teachers cues individually, then with each other and learn how to align with directions through observation, practice and hands on experience.
We continue to teach each other with simple cues and begin to learn the effects of instructing with the correct cues.

• Bhujapidasana

• Prop usage in each pose
• Yoga class with focus on arm balances
