Flow'N'Deep
Do you ever wish you could stop halfway through a vinyasa class? Looking for a more holistic practice? Then this may just be the class you've been dreaming of! We Flow and then go Deep, it's yin and it's yang, it's fast and then slow, movement and then stillness, challenging and then restorative... you get the picture!

Flow'N'Deep incorporates the best of both worlds. You'll get the heart pumping, the body moving and build some strength in the beginning of the class, and then work deep into poses promoting flexibility at the end. Half Vinyasa and half Yin, you'll leave feeling amazing from head to toe. This one is great for those who are looking to start advancing to more intermediate classes - the perfect step between our Simple Stretch and Flowing Stretch!
