Strengthen, Stabilise, and Support: A Pelvic Health Workshop

Join Tori, resident Stretch yogi, medical student and pelvic health advocate, in a comprehensive two-hour workshop designed to enhance your understanding and care of the pelvic floor. This workshop will cover anatomy, pelvic floor function, signs of dysfunction, activation techniques, and how breath, body movement, and posture impact pelvic health.

$35 for members and trainees. $45 for guests.

Meet your teacher

Victoria (Tori) is a medical student and 500 RYT yoga teacher who has a passion for sharing all things anatomy and physiology and how they relate to your yoga practice.

With a teaching style characterised by its enthusiasm and a touch of playful humour, Tori is committed to demystifying the complexities of our bodies.

She values making education about our bodies accessible and engaging, equipping you with a wealth of knowledge and tangible strategies that can be seamlessly woven into your personal practice.

How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

Find us at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park (just next to Radiance Dance Academy) on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St – look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks.

Is there parking?

Street parking is available all around within walking distance.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat (we have a limited amount available for hire).

We do have lots of yoga props available, but if you prefer to use your own, you may bring a blanket, and/or bolster.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing.
