About your Teacher Matt MulcahyMatt first discovered yoga over 10 years ago to complement other physical activity like running and swimming, but before long the practice evolved into a regular staple in his life.
Matt specialises in Vinyasa and Restorative yoga, blending together principles of alignment, strength and mindfulness to unlock physical and emotional potential. His aim is to create educational and accessible teachings to support students of every lineage and background. During his classes, you can expect a practical and down-to-earth approach to yoga that brings together traditional teachings in a modern context. |
