Find Your Confidence in Back Bending

with Laura Roberts

Together, we'll prepare the body through chest expansion, shoulder opening, and progressive backbends that meet you right where you are. Discover how backbends can unlock not just physical freedom, but also emotional spaciousness and vitality.

In the yogic tradition, our life force energy - Kundalini - resides at the base of the spine. When we approach backbends with courage and awareness, this energy rises, uplifting our wellbeing and inviting an experience of radiant ananda (bliss!)

Expect supportive props, steady pacing, and restful pauses to balance the fire of expansion with the calm of integration. Backbends can be both invigorating and deeply emotional - an opportunity to release tension, expand your breath, and meet life with renewed openness.

Open to all levels — come as you are, and leave a little more open.Experience the bliss that a courageous heart and a good backbend can bring.

$39/person. Members receive up to 20% off (be sure to log in to your account before booking).
