At Stretch we believe that yoga is for EVERY BODY – young, old, big and small - which is exactly why we've designed Curvy Yoga - 6 week program for everybody to come and move their bodies in ways that feel amazing!
With a focus on body acceptance and working with what you've got - we'll use lots of props and adjusted sequences to show you how you can make any yoga pose work for you!
