With tips on how to map your cycle, planning ahead to make the most of each season's superpowers, this workshop will expand your awareness and appreciation of your inner rhythm. We will create yoga practices that strengthen, nourish and empower the female body to thrive in every phase.
This workshop is tailored to honour the natural rhythms of your body throughout the menstrual cycle. Whether you're experiencing the dynamic energy of ovulation, the introspective phase of menstruation, or the stabilising energy of the luteal phase, this workshop will teach you how to modify your practice to support and enhance your well-being.
