About your Facilitator

Victoria (Tori) is a final year medical student (with over 200 hours of clinical obstetrics and gynaecology experience) and yoga teacher who has a passion for sharing all things anatomy and physiology and how they relate to our yoga practice.

With a teaching style characterised by its enthusiasm and a touch of playful humour, Tori is committed to demystifying the complexities of our bodies, and values making education about our bodies accessible and engaging, equipping you with a wealth of knowledge, and tangible strategies that can utilise throughout your pregnancy and birth.

Workshop FAQ

As we are eagerly awaiting the date of our workshop, here are some commonly asked questions to help you prepare!
What stage of pregnancy should I be in?

Most pregnant people attend this workshop in their third trimester, so that the techniques are fresh in their minds, however please feel free to attend in any trimester.

We generally don't recommend booking within 3 weeks of your due date in case your baby decides to come a little early (however please let us know if that's the case as we may be able to slot you in at the last minute!).

How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

Find us at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park (just next to Radiance Dance Academy) on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St – look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks.


Is there parking?

Street parking is available all around within walking distance.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your yoga mat. A limited number of mats is available for hire.

We also recommend bringing a bottle of water and a towel.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing.

What if I have an injury or health concern?

We'll start to book everyone in 15 - 10 minutes prior to the class starting. Your teacher will be available to chat about anything that's going on and suggest modifications throughout the practice to keep you safe!
