At Stretch our online offering is a little bit different. We don't want to just give you what you could get on Youtube. What the world needs now is connection and community. We can't quite replicate what our studio brings, but we can keep our community together even though we're physically apart.
We offer a variety of classes in different styles that you can play on demand, plus audio meditations that you can listen to in bed, out walking or just on the couch. We'll continue to add to our library of classes and meditations in a variety of styles. Expect to see more hatha, gentle stretch, yoga nidra and flow classes coming your way. All your favourite Stretch teachers, teaching your favourite styles.

The Stretch Yoga 6 Week Prenatal Yoga Course is suitable for pregnant women past their first trimester. No previous yoga experience is required. Designed to help alleviate some of the most common aches and pains associated with your changing body throughout pregnancy, as well as helping to prepare the body for birth and postpartum recovery - this is the perfect way to fit yoga into your busy schedule. The course also helps to alleviate the stress and anxiety associated with pregnancy, helping to keep both mum and bub calm, happy and healthy during this special time.

Taking time out to completely relax is something that so many of us rarely do, and something that is so desperately needed in current times. Our lives are so busy with work and family responsibilities that relaxing falls way down on the list of priorities. Carving out time for relaxation and nourishment is such an important part of our well-being - physically mentally and emotionally.
During this beautiful workshop series Kaitlyn will guide you through a range of restorative poses incorporating using household props, or you can purchase bolsters, blocks and blankets for delivery or at our studios.

In this workshop, you will be guided on a journey of self-discovery as we explore the 7 Chakras of your body week-by-week. Led by Senior Yoga Teacher Miriam Van Doorn, Miriam will lead you through specific asanas, meditation and breathing techniques aimed at unblocking and balancing each of the chakras.
