Stretch Foundations
A house is only as solid as its foundations, right? Well it turns out your yoga practice is exactly the same! Our Stretch Foundations classes move nice and slowly giving you the time to take in all the knowledge we’re going to be throwing your way. Expect alignment tips and tricks (with a solid emphasis on what might be right for YOUR body), breathing exercises, a bit of theory and philosophy and a whole lot of time to relax (and maybe give meditating a try) at the end.
While these classes are definitely beginner friendly we encourage even the most seasoned yogi to check them out. Sometimes going back to basics is exactly the inspiration you need to get your yoga mojo back, and it’s the yoga foundations that are going to help you nail those super advanced poses. We love a sneaky request as well so if there’s something you want to learn more about then let us know! We’re always happy to accommodate.
We believe that learning is one of the best parts of practicing yoga – we personally find that it’s something we’ll always be doing and something that keeps us coming back for more! We love approaching our practice with a beginner’s mind and being able to take that out into the world again!
So come and learn with us – the perfect first class to be introduced to yoga and all that it encompasses! There’s no need to be flexible, strong or have good balance. Just come with a desire to learn and grow and we promise we’ll take good care of you!

- Mondays 6:45am
- Mondays 5:30pm
- Tuesdays 12:00pm (45 minute lunch class)
- Wednesdays 1:00pm
