Join our incredible teacher Kristy for this gorgeous heart-opening sequence to refresh the spine and let a little more love in!

Backbends in yoga focus on opening through the chest, releasing through the shoulders and adding flexibility to the spine. They're great for cyclists, rowers, cross-fitters and anyone who sits all day (whether that's driving or behind a desk!).

This is a perfect sequence for beginners! You'll need a mat and a quiet space.
