Sore, tight or achey? Looking to gain flexibility? Training hard in other areas? Then this is the class for you!
Our Stretch and Massage classes are the ultimate in self care. We'll use massage balls, blocks and bolsters to help you release tightness through the body. Think long, deep juicy yin stretches combined with self massage and a whole lot of relaxation!
We'll focus on areas including the next, shoulders and back, glutes, hamstrings - releasing first and stretching and lengthening after.
Our Stretch and Massage classes run at the following times:
- Tuesdays 1:00pm
- Tuesdays 5:50pm
- Tuesdays 5:30pm
