Are you looking to build strength in your yoga practice? When we think of yoga we tend to think 'bendy'. For many, flexibility comes before all else, leading to imbalances in the body and issues with joints. Yoga should never solely focus on flexibility - it is a complete and balanced practice including strength and stability to enhance and increase flexibility and achieve holistic body movement.
