One of the most effortless ways to meditate is with the use of a mantra. A mantra is ‘tool’ for the mind to stay focused using a word or short sentence either in English or in Sanskrit in order to keep the ‘monkey-mind’ busy to allow yourself to become more calm, experience inner silence and a deep sense of peace.Under the expert guidance of Miriam Van Doorn you will learn specific mantra techniques to assist with your meditation practice.
No prior knowledge or meditation experience necessary - beginners completely welcome!
