Looking to get stronger in one of the safest ways possible? Pilates may be just the thing!
With a focus on precision and the ability to target smaller muscle groups, Pilates builds targeted strength throughout the entire body in order to increase functionality, decrease injury risk and increase performance in whatever activities you want to take part in (including yoga!).
Articulate founder and Principal Physiotherapist will guide you through the mechanics of strength, basic anatomy and some of the most effective Pilates exercises that you can take home to continue getting stronger!
Rehabbing from an injury or have a limitation? We recommend coming 15 minutes early so you can speak to Mauricio before you get started!
