Anyone who suffers from anxiety and stress knows how debilitating it can be. Managing anxiety can be a constant silent challenger. It can create feelings of limited control, low self esteem, frustration, panic, fear and defeat. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed or conflicted, this simple, easeful 2 hour workshop will take us on a journey to soften back into ourselves again.
You’ll also be gifted with a take-home ‘Yoga for Anxiety’ pack including some tips and tricks to practice in your own time and a delicious homemade vegan treat! Leave this workshop feeling balanced and grounded with the tools you need to give the very best version of yourself to the world. All levels welcome.
