Yoga for Anxiety Workshop

Over two hours, this workshop will offer a safe space for you to explore movement, breath and meditation. While this session isn't a masterclass in the body's response to anxiety and stress, it will incorporate scientifically recognised approaches and techniques.
While this workshop isn't aimed to be a substitute for professional support, it is complimentary by way of teaching students how to listen to their body, and give them some simple, repeatable tools to use in times of heightened anxiety.
