Perfect for women in any trimester of pregnancy.
Pregnancy is a time of many changes with strong physical and emotional shifts that can leave you feeling as if you are riding a rollercoaster. Restorative yoga is a beautiful and gentle practice, which allows your mind and body to completely rest, giving you a feeling of deep relaxation. It also gives you the time to listen to your baby and to help foster that bond between you and baby. Come and join in this deeply relaxing restorative yoga for pregnancy. We will begin with gentle movements followed on with longer, but very gentle, deeper poses.

Restorative yoga works on a deeper level than more active asana practices - we use poses as a tool to work energetically through the body, helping it to repair, restore and revitilise itself.

Taking time out to completely relax is something that so many of us 
rarely do. Our lives are so busy with work and family responsibilities that relaxing falls way down on the list of priorities. Carving out time for relaxation and nourishment is such an important part of our wellbeing - physically mentally and emotionally, and even more important during pregnancy.

Bookings essential – $45 per person or just $25 for direct debit members.
