Join Miriam Van Doorn - Brisbane's leading Prenatal Yoga teacher - for a connection filled Prenatal Partner Yoga Workshop. Yoga is a wonderful way for pregnant mamas and partners alike to prepare the body, mind, and spirit for the challenges and transitions of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood.
Mamas and partners will flow together in a gentle yoga class followed by Partner Poses designed with pregnancy and childbirth in mind. A guided meditation and breath awareness practices will help you connect with yourselves, as well as with each other and your baby. Partners will learn gentle massage techniques to help pregnant mums find some relaxation and relief. No prior experience in yoga is required! Just a willingness to be open, playful, and supportive to your pregnant partner.
