Please join Kristy for a 30 minute guided meditation. In the same way we work to strengthen our bodies at the gym, our mind can be strengthened and trained to focus on the present moment. We focus on paying our attention to our moment-to-moment experience by opening and relaxing with whatever arises, without being swept away by judgements, preconceived ideas and expectations. Meditation is a tool that can help us feel more connected, concentrated, calm, and resilient in our lives.
