SIMPLE STRETCH
(HATHA - ALL LEVELS) This is a great well rounded class to suit everyone. A little bit of everything – stretching, strengthening, balancing, breathing and meditating. DEEP STRETCH
(YIN / RESTORATIVE - ALL LEVELS) If you suffer from a chronic case of ‘monkey mind chatter’ (a brain that just.will.not.be.QUIET!) this one can be a challenge – which means you definitely need it! Slow deep stretches promoting deep flexibility and a strong focus on breathing will leave you feeling like you’ve had a massage and a nap! HIP HOP FLOW
(POWER VINYASA - INTERMEDIATE/STRONG) For us yoga and music is like avocado and Vegemite. Sure, there might be haters but we think it's quite possibly the world's best combination! We think Hip Hop works brilliantly to help you push yourself just that little bit harder, flow with your breath with a little more ease and stay in those poses you love-to-hate just a little longer. FLOWING STRETCH
(VINYASA - INTERMEDIATE) For those who like moving rather than sitting – we'll help you get your flow on! A little more coordination is required as we flow with our breath, but don’t worry, it doesn’t matter if you get the sequence wrong! FLOW'N'DEEP
(VINYASA & YIN / VINYIN - ALL LEVELS) A bit of yang and then a bit of yin, a bit of flow and then a bit of deep. This class is the perfect combo of movement and stillness - flowing through the first 30 minutes and then sinking into bliss at the end.
