LOVE'YO BACK - RESTORATIVE BACK LOVE WORKSHOP

Have a sore back? Or are you worried about developing back
problems? It’s incredibly common to come to yoga for the first time through
concern for lower back or upper back issues. If so, you’re not alone! Restorative
yoga is a brilliant way to help develop your awareness of the spine, while also
soothing stiff and aching muscles with postures that encourage deep relaxation
and healing.
In this mini-workshop you can expect some shorter postures designed to ease tension across the base of the spine and lower back, followed by a couple of juicy longer holds using props (Hello, Mr Bolster!). Restorative yoga encourages us to shed and release all the stuff that fills our mind and takes us away from the present moment. You’ll leave feeling refreshed in mind, body and back!
