DEEP STRETCH
(YIN / RESTORATIVE - ALL LEVELS)


If you suffer from a chronic case of ‘monkey mind chatter’ (a brain that just.will.not.be.QUIET!) this one can be a challenge – which means you definitely need it! Slow deep stretches promoting deep flexibility and a strong focus on breathing will leave you feeling like you’ve had a massage and a nap!

GENTLE STRETCH
(HATHA - ALL LEVELS)

Over 50? Pregnant? Recovering from an injury? Just looking for something really chilled out? This one is for you! A step up from Deep Stretch, and a step down from Simple Stretch. Think mobility, gentle stretches and plenty of time to restore and look inwards,

SIMPLE STRETCH
(HATHA - ALL LEVELS)


This is a great well rounded class to suit everyone. A little bit of everything – stretching, strengthening, balancing, breathing and meditating. A great class for beginners and intermediates alike for days when you want something a little more chilled out.

FLOW'N'DEEP
(VINYASA & YIN / VINYIN - ALL LEVELS)


A bit of yang and then a bit of yin, a bit of flow and then a bit of deep. This class is the perfect combo of movement and stillness - flowing through the first 30 minutes and then sinking into restorative bliss at the end. A fantastically well-rounded practice with the benefits of both styles.

FLOWING STRETCH
(VINYASA - INTERMEDIATE)


For those who like moving rather than sitting – we'll help you get your flow on! A little more coordination is required as we flow with our breath, but don’t worry, it doesn’t matter if you get the sequence wrong! A great class to help switch your thoughts off, build strength, balance and endurance and walk away feeling re-energised and refreshed!

PILATES
(MAT PILATES - ALL LEVELS)

Improve strength, flexibility and co-ordination. These are the perfect classes for anyone really looking to improve their overall strength especially through the core.

This is all about fine tuning your practice by adding the element of strength! More flowing than Pilates and keeping the great parts of yoga, this is for those who want to flow with more ease and help their bodies get

MUMS & BUBS
(INFANTS BIRTH - CRAWLING AGE)


A beautiful mix of postnatal exercises, yoga done with your baby and helping your baby discover movement. These classes are a gorgeous way to bond and provide you with some much needed 'you' time.
