Would you love to be able to do the splits? Want to work on tight hamstrings and hip flexors?

If you haven't been to one of Miriam's classes before this is one not to be missed - with over 20 years teaching experience she is Stretch's most senior teacher with a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing and playful teaching style.

In case you've never heard of him, Hanuman was a pretty rad Hindu monkey god who took a really big leap into the front splits across the ocean. The coolest thing about him though is that he didn't think he could do it at first - so much like hanuman, the front splits is something you're probably going to have to work at!

This workshops is all about the journey - not the destination! You'll learn patience and anatomy, enjoy some Vinyasa flows and deep yin holds. Expect to be taken on a journey through Mindful Vinyasa, Restorative Yin Poses, Magical Storytelling and a Yoga Nidra meditation. Hanumanasana brings many benefits, including toned and strengthened muscles of the legs and abdomen and greater confidence and courage to make the big leaps in life! All levels welcome!
