FULLY FIT FEB AT STRETCH YOGA
In conjunction with the amazing team at Fully Fit Feb, Stretch Yoga has stepped on-board in 2016 to help you stretch away those sore muscles and gain some much needed flexibility!
We'll be running 8 x Deep Stretch Classes on Wednesdays and Sundays throughout February which are completely free for Fully Fit Feb participants.
Our Deep Stretch classes are also known as Yin Yoga and are the perfect complement to a more active lifestyle. With long, juicy stretches held from 3-5 minutes at a time, these classes help to lengthen muscles, work deep into connective tissue and provide a much needed rest for our brain. Deep breathing throughout the class also promotes deep relaxation leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed, and we'll always finish with a short meditation - your mind needs a work out too!
The best part? These classes are incredibly beginner friendly and can cater for students with injuries and limitations too.
