Designed with the busiest of us at mind, Finding Prana, is a workshop dedicated to learning to utilise Ayurvedic methods and other limbs of yoga (aside from the movement of asana) on a day-to-day basis to both tune into ourselves, and discover the true benefits of yoga teachings. In this 90 minute workshop, we will work through the more subtle practices (including meditation, breathwork and more) to understand how each limb transpires in our own bodies, and how we can use this connection to create a more individualised home practice that can be easily added to our daily routine. Everyone is invited to this workshop, beginners and advanced! This workshop is dedicated to those of us who are seeking a daily yoga practice, or a way to discover how we can find more energy (prana) in ourselves.

Suitable for beginners as well as intermediate students.
