Join us under the expert guidance of Charlotte Kessler, a seasoned practitioner and instructor, as she shares therapeutic techniques to release tension, enhance mobility, and rejuvenate your lower body.

This workshop is designed for everyone, from dedicated yoga enthusiasts to those seeking relief from lower body tension. Adding therapy balls to our practice allows us to target areas that are naturally rigid, providing a comprehensive approach to lasting release.

Over the course of 1.5 hours, you will learn to use specialised therapy balls to release tension and adhesions in the lower body. Charlotte will guide you through techniques to enhance your understanding of self-myofascial release and empower you with practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine.

As we are eagerly awaiting the date of our workshop, here are some commonly asked questions to help you prepare!
How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

Find us at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park (just next to Radiance Dance Academy) on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St – look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks.


Is there parking?

Street parking is available all around within walking distance.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring your yoga mat. A limited number of mats is available for hire.

We also recommend bringing a bottle of water and a towel.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing.

What if I have an injury or health concern?

We'll start to book everyone in 15 - 10 minutes prior to the class starting. Your teacher will be available to chat about anything that's going on and suggest modifications throughout the practice to keep you safe!
