About Kayla
Kayla's yoga journey began as a way to manage chronic pain, fatigue, and mental health. She found a nurturing and empowering practice, with powerful lessons and practical tools to use in times of heightened anxiety, stress and overwhelm. She will share the tools she uses to care for her mental health for you to take off the mat and use whenever you need them, too. Kayla has a training background in Mental Health Aware and trauma sensitive yoga. One of her focuses in teaching is to create a space where students feel nurtured and empowered in the practice and within themselves, both on and off the mat. |
