Are you feeling out of balance in life and needing to refocus and re-align yourself? Would you like more inner peace, joy, balance, better health and harmony in your life?
Led by Miriam Van Doorn you will experience and learn how to awaken your Kundalini Energy and realign the Chakras, calming the mind through Meditation and specific Breathing Practices (Pranayama), exploring your body's' subtle energy centres that regulate the physical, emotional and psychic flows of energy through the body.
The chakra system can be viewed as a map of our energy body. Over time and through life experiences, our chakras can get blocked or imbalanced; this can have a direct impact on our physical and/or mental health and vice versa.
'Cakra' – comes from the Ancient Indian Tradition meaning 'Wheel of Energy'. Learning about the Chakras will enable you to understand more about your body's health and can help you to restore and enhance your energy flow, bring balance and harmony.
In this self exploratory workshop you will:
deepen your self- awareness
learn techniques to reduce stress
generate a sense of peace and tranquility
clear and purify your mind and body
manifest a more grounded and peaceful life
blossom your self-esteem
enliven your creativity
assist yourself in receiving and giving love
inspire fluid communication
experience guided meditations, visualisations, affirmations and breath work
No prior knowledge or meditation experience necessary - beginners completely welcome!
