Calm Kids Yoga and Crafts Workshop

What to expect?

Your child/ren will be expertly guided through a fun and engaging yoga session, teaching them various poses and breathing techniques to help them relax, focus and connect to their inner peace. In addition to yoga, they will get to unleash their imagination by creating their very own beautiful craft keepsake.

About Kelly

Your child/ren are in safe hands with our friendly, calm and patient yoga teacher, Miss Kelly.  She is a leading expert in Kids’ Yoga and has worked with and supported children for over 15 years as a classroom, arts and yoga teacher. 

Kelly holds a Dual Bachelor degree in Behavioural studies and Middle Years Education, combined with over 400 hours of certified, registered yoga training in adult yoga, kids’ yoga and kids’ yoga therapy.

​Nothing ignites her light more than helping your children be the brightest version of themselves.  She can’t wait to share the incredible tools of yoga and art with your child/ren and help them feel more calm, confident & connected.
