We know it can be such a struggle to be healthy and satisfy your sweet tooth. Caramel slice is a notoriously naughty treat so I have got a much healthier version to satisfy your cravings. It is perfect for the health conscious yogi’s that still love dessert, or need to get past the 3pm slump before an evening yoga class.
