Method Combine oats, coconut and flour, adding oil or butter until mixture holds together when pressed. Press into a small slice tray lined with baking paper (this makes it easier to remove, cut and clean!) and place in fridge to set. Place soaked dates and water in a small saucepan on a low heat cooking into dates break down and form a paste. Add nut butter and spread evenly onto the base. Set aside to cool. Spread melted chocolate onto the slice and place into the fridge to set. Use a hot knife when cutting to avoid the chocolate cracking.
