Corporate yoga consists of classes usually timed before work, at lunchtime or after work – or for special events like conferences usually within the workplace (meaning oodles of time saved from heading to your closest yoga studio!). Classes range anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours, and can be completely customised to your workers and their needs.

Anything to increase the health of everyday workers is a good thing, they would just need to packs some yoga clothes and they would be ready to go

employees must do yoga regularly. yoga keeps you body fit and makes you mentally strong. Employees who worked-out performed better in these three areas-mental state, time management, and overall output.
