Ingredients:
1/2 cup cashew butter (almond butter or no sugar/salt added peanut butter works great too) 1/3 cup honey 1/4 cup cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 cup rolled oats ¼ cup chia seeds pinch sea salt ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (we used the Cadbury ones because there's no point skimping on the most important ingredient!) Method: 1.Over low heat in a small sauce pan melt together the cashew butter and honey, then stir in the cacao powder, sea salt and vanilla. Stir well until everything is combined. 2.Add chia seeds and oats and mix well. It helps to get your hands in there to combine 4.Pop the mixture in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to cool down (so the chocolate chips don't melt) 5.Add in the chocolate chips and roll into balls 6.Store in the fridge in a sealed container - a big glass jar works perfectly! 7. Enjoy post yoga class (or pre - we won't judge!).
