Energy: 1,695kJ / 405 cal Fat: 14.2g (2.3g sat) Carbohydrates: 56.7g Protein: 12g Ingredients: 3/4 cup Quinoa Flakes 2 cups almond milk 150g fresh or frozen mixed berries Small handful of pistachios Method: Add the quinoa flakes to just boiling almond milk (you can use other types of milk, apple juice or water instead). Reduce heat to low and simmer stirring occasionally for 5 or so minutes until thickened. Serve with berries and roughly chopped pistachios. Enjoy warm!
