1. It’s a great workout.  We know it definitely isn’t the POINT of yoga, but you can’t argue that it isn’t a great reason! You can get your sweat on with some vinyasa or that deep stretch with some yin. No matter which yoga class you choose, an asana practice is always going to move your body in a way that feels good, and you can always adapt the practice to your own speed and level of comfort. Sweat, strength, tone = the perfect workout we say (not biased at all).

We all know that bolsters are amazing in yoga class! They give a blissful heart opener in reclining butterfly (supta baddha konasana), are super nice to hug in child’s pose (balasana) and feel simply divine underneath the knees in relaxation time (savasana). If you’ve been thinking of taking one of these bad boys home, but are hesitating because you might not use it as much as you’d like, we’ve come up with 10 ways to use them everyday (and totally get your money’s worth!).
