Coconut Chia Pudding
If someone says coconut, we're excited. If they say chia, we're super excited. If they say coconut AND chia, we're pretty much in heaven! We think these may be the easiest (and tastiest) breakfast/snack/dessert we ever have laid our pretty little eyes on. The prep takes under 3 minutes - which is amazing because we're not the quickest in the kitchen AND you can make them a few days before you eat them (or an hour if you're anything like us). Vegan, filled with superfoods AND perfect pre and post yoga (if only we could eat them during yoga classes...)

How do you feel after your yoga class? Usually you feel fresh, clear headed, rejuvenated and even energised, ready for the day or relaxed after a stressful one. But did you know that the clothes you choose for your workout can have an effect on how you feel leading up to, during
and after your class?

A 2012 experimental study
found that “clothes can systematically influence wearers’ psychological processes”... Ok, so that’s a bit cryptic. Basically what the research is saying is that we give meaning to clothes. When you see a uniform you think authority, when you see a sports jacket with elbow pads maybe you think of a dusty old professor - regardless of what comes to your mind the reasoning is that the clothes we wear have an effect on the way we perceive ourselves.

Delicious Vegetable Patties
These vegetable patties are a great way to cram extra vegetables into your day, they are quick and simple to make and can be left prepared in the fridge until you want to bake in them for dinner or lunch (or popped in the freezer for a later date). They can be made for burgers or into smaller portions and served in a pita as an alternative for falafel. Also an easy recipe that lets you swap and switch vegetables that you may need to use up from your weekly shop.
